Who is selling
Purchases on GayLab are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy is the seller on your receipt, and their buyer terms apply alongside this policy.
What you are buying
Everything sold here is an instant digital item — the Full Lab Report and the certificates. They are delivered on the spot, the moment your payment goes through.
An unlocked report and any certificate stay available on your result page for 7 days after the unlock. After that the record deletes itself, so download what you want to keep.
The winner's certificate can be re-downloaded for 7 days after purchase.
Refunds
Want a refund? Ask within 14 days of your purchase. Email support@gaylab.ai with the email address you used at checkout, or your order ID, and we will sort it out.
How the money comes back
Refunds are executed by Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank, usually a few business days.
